Who operates PrepOrder
PrepOrder is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION / REGISTRATION NUMBER], with a service address at [SERVICE ADDRESS]. Contact: [LEGAL OR SUPPORT EMAIL].
What PrepOrder does
PrepOrder provides a marketplace that helps customers discover independent restaurants, review menus and offers, place pickup or delivery orders where available, and receive order communications. Restaurants remain responsible for their menus, ingredients, allergens, preparation, availability, food quality and fulfilment commitments.
Food Copilot and restaurant Concierge provide generated assistance based on available restaurant and marketplace information. They can be incomplete or wrong and are not a substitute for checking a menu, restaurant instruction, allergen information or the order confirmation.
Accounts and orders
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use the service lawfully. An order records the restaurant, items, prices, fulfilment method and applicable notes shown at checkout. The restaurant may accept, reject or be unable to fulfil an order. The order confirmation and the published Refunds Policy govern the available cancellation and refund outcome.
Before submitting an order, review the items, quantities, fulfilment details, fees and total. Prices and availability can change until the order is accepted.
Payments and communications
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. PrepOrder stores transaction references, status, amount, currency and reconciliation information; hosted payment pages handle payment credentials where that flow is used. We send operational messages about accounts, orders, payments and security. Optional communications are controlled by notification settings.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version. The version and effective date shown with the document identify the version that applies. Questions or complaints should be sent to [SUPPORT / LEGAL EMAIL].
This baseline must be reviewed for consumer rights, liability, disputes, tax, delivery and the operator's legal details before publication.
